At Pressique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items marked as final sale.
• Opened or used personal care items for hygiene reasons (e.g., massagers, steamers, beauty tools).
• Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
Return Process
1. Contact our support team at support@pressique.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping details.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• You’ll be notified once your return is approved or rejected.
Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description.
